Sanduani Società Agricola S.S.

Sanduani is a farm established to share and pass on the family tradition that has always combined a passion for the land and a good glass of wine. It produces Durello, a sparkling white wine made from indigenous grape varieties typical of the region.

Their wine is made from Durella grapes, an ancient white berry variety rooted in our valley since Medieval times; the area suited for production is the high valleys of the Lessini Mountains between the provinces of Verona and Vicenza. The name of this grape variety comes from the typical texture of its skin: hard, thick, and rich in tannins, and its main characteristic is high acidity, which ensures longevity in the final product.

The volcanic soil present in these areas gives the wine savory and mineral notes, hints of flint, as well as freshness, fruity and floral notes. The sparkling process finally imparts the distinctive traits of Durello, such as liveliness and dynamism.
