A family-run organic farm located at 1200 meters in the hamlet of Campofontana, Selva di Progno.
Their products range from cheeses (caciotte, ricotte, first salts, fresh Monte Veronese type, Mezzano, and aged) to cold cuts (salami with/without garlic, soppresse with/without garlic, cotechini, and sausages). It is a small local production (ppl).
