This is a courtyard composed of a building partially in neoromanesque style with a square tower featuring swallow-tailed battlements, which overlaps with a church building. The history of this building is truly ancient and different from that of the villas listed above. Its origins date back even before the year 1000, when the monks from the monastery of San Colombano di Bobbio settled here and founded the priory of San Colombano di Bardolino, which also served as the administrative center for the various estates that the monastery of Bobbio had on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. In 1810, with the Napoleonic decree ordering the suppression of monastic orders, the courtyard was purchased by the Royal Demesne and sold to private individuals. The buildings have been modified many times over the years. Even today, it remains privately owned.
