The Ristori Theatre hosts a show written and directed by Marco Goldin, dediсated to the colorful life of the great master of Impressionism on the occasion of the centenary of his death.
This project is announced as an immersive and spectacular experience, where the narration is enriched by live music performed on the piano and cello and by a skillful and well-calibrated use of technologies and stage machinery.
The two musicians who will perform on stage are Remo Anzovino (composer of the original music) on the piano and Daniela Savoldi on the cello and vocals.
Their positions will be placed on specially built rotating platforms, with curved and double-sided ledwalls behind them.
A large screen measuring ten meters in length and six in height will serve as the backdrop for the entire visual narrative.
In front, a bench: sometimes Marco Goldin will sit there, listening to the words of Monet that will arrive on stage in a surprisingly real dialogue, in a continuous exchange between present and memory, between voice and painting, between light and color.
The narrative will come to life in six moments in which Marco Goldin's storytelling will intertwine with the music.
The videos, animations, and editing will give scenic form to the masterpieces and fundamental places of the artist's existence, with many images filmed mostly in France.
