ApartmentsArena - Palazzo Cignaroli - La Primavera

Welcome to the residence "La Primavera", an oasis of elegance and light situated in the historic heart of Palazzo Cignaroli®. Its name evokes rebirth, beauty, and harmony that have animated these walls for centuries, once a lively workshop of the painter Giambettino Cignaroli and the place of the memorable meeting with the young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

The result of a meticulous restoration completed in 2025, this residence is a perfect blend of past charm and modern conveniences. Every element, from the finishes to the materials, has been chosen to create a welcoming and prestigious environment, where one can feel like the protagonist of a unique story.

The apartment is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase. The kitchen, fully equipped, is designed to offer guests everything they need to enjoy their stay in complete autonomy and comfort, in a setting that combines functionality and style. Despite being in the heart of the historic center, the apartment ensures a tranquil and private atmosphere, thanks to careful soundproofing of the spaces and a modern air filtering system that guarantees well-being and quality even during the busiest months.
