Natural cultivation with full respect for the plants, no use of chemical products, and a pursuit of quality. These are the principles that guide this farm in its daily work.

The organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from selected olives that are handpicked, ensuring a rich and genuine flavor that reflects the love and care with which the plants are cultivated. Thanks to organic production, the oils are free from pesticides and harmful chemicals, thus preserving the health of the consumer and the environment. The quality of the oil allows it to remain stable over the years and its organoleptic characteristics do not undergo variations.

Over the years, the farm has experimented with new techniques, strongly believing in agriculture that does not force the laws of Nature, which does not use any synthetic chemical molecules, but rather exploits infusions of medicinal and aromatic herbs as natural antiparasitics and insecticides.

In 2019, the farm enriched its production by venturing into honey production. Twenty small, colorful hives are arranged along the ancient “Via della Lana” where the environment allows bees to collect healthy nectar free from chemical contamination. With the help of these little creatures, the farm now produces five types of honey: wildflower, cherry, acacia, dandelion, and chestnut, products that offer a unique and genuine tasting experience, celebrating the beauty and goodness of nature.
