A historic venue in Valeggio sul Mincio, where it has always been nice to spend a few hours in company, enjoying the flavors of tradition!
Founded in 1927 by Caterina Zara, a woman, entrepreneur, and mother, the venue was once a popular old inn thanks to its strategic location in the historic center of the town. Over time, the children have skillfully combined the taste of traditional recipes typical of a Venetian inn with a refined and sophisticated setting that brings the restaurant to the top.
Thanks to a recent renovation, respectful of the original architectural layout, today you will find a place halfway between rustic and urban, presented in a modern and romantic perspective, as well as a well-transmitted family passion, unique pieces of furniture, and plenty of greenery in the dining area! The open kitchen, the winter garden, the decorated tiles, and the bleached wooden ceilings contribute to creating a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a curious "inn out of town."
A sincere table, such as that offered by Ristorante Bue D’Oro, guided by the principles of seasonality and territoriality of products, which places the well-being of people first and also takes price into account. In the menu, in fact, traditional dishes (and who said only local ones!) are prepared with modern techniques, thus blending the good with the accessible and innovation with tradition, in a unique proposal. Completing the idea of the kitchen are the continuous passion and research, the indispensable teamwork, and the welcoming of the guest.
