The production of extra virgin olive oil is located among the hills overlooking the charming Val d'Illasi, one of the most important districts in Italy for olive oil production, with 5,200 olive trees spread over 21 hectares and an annual production of about 270,000 bottles of EVO oil, appreciated both in Italy and abroad.
