Corte Adami

Third generation of winemakers and first generation of vintners.
For generations, the Adami family has cultivated its passion for the grapes harvested annually and for the lands that have always been lovingly and respectfully tended among the hills of Soave and Valpolicella.

For Corte Adami, the starting point in the production of great wines lies in the vineyards, which have been managed naturally and non-invasively since 2020, following the principles of sustainable agriculture (SQNPI certified).

Out of the total 37 hectares owned, 27 are located in the Soave area and 10 in the eastern part of the Valpolicella area.
Concerning the production of Soave, the best vineyards are situated in a hilly area, within the historic CRU of Castelcerino, where the advantages offered by volcanic soils, the advanced age of the vineyards (30-35 years), the altitude (350 meters), and interesting diurnal thermal excursions allow for the production of three great white wines: Soave DOC, Soave Classico DOC CimAlta, Soave Superiore DOCG Vigna della Corte, Recioto di Soave DOCG.

At the same time, in the Valpolicella area, the vineyards of Corte Adami are located in the Mezzo Monte estate among the hills of Verona in Valpolicella Est. Here, thanks to the Veronese Pergola training system and the calcareous and clayey land, Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes have been cultivated for over 40 years for the production of Valpolicella DOC, Valpolicella DOC Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore, and Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.
