In the context of the Franciscan year 2026, with the eighth centenary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi (October 3, 1226), the Living Churches Association offers a thematic guided tour "Saint Francis and the Franciscans in San Fermo Maggiore," inside the church that is richest in art works on the Franciscan theme, in Verona.
The initiative is part of the Urban Trekking "In the footsteps of Francis of Assisi, 800 years later (1226-2026)" promoted by the Municipality of Verona.
