A celebration that has its roots in the centuries. It seems that already in the 15th century, in fact, there was a tradition of distributing to the inhabitants of the village a soup of fava beans (fava in Veronese dialect) during the month of November, after the Feast of the Dead. A tradition that has been preserved despite the passing of the centuries: even today, among the streets of San Giorgio, you can experience the ancient customs of the village, with historical dances, music, and typical products of Valpolicella.
