An authentic experience of root tourism, designed for those who wish to learn about a territory not only through its landscapes but through the stories, scents, flavors, and knowledge that have been passed down through generations.
We will walk in the woods, accompanied by the poetry and energy of the plants, letting ourselves be guided by our senses to discover a landscape capable of telling its own story. It will be an opportunity to reconnect with nature and, through it, with that part of us that belongs to our roots.
What will make the day special is the presence of Gigi Fasoli, custodian and witness of ancient knowledge received from his grandfather, who will guide us in an engaging workshop dedicated to essential oils, exploring the properties, scents, and traditional uses of the plants.
Through stories, walks, views over Valpolicella, emotions, and moments of conviviality, we will also savor the pleasure of genuine food and the flavors of the territory, because knowing a place also means tasting it and meeting the people who preserve its memory.
A slow and authentic journey into the landscape and within ourselves, to rediscover the value of origins, encounter ancient knowledge, and take with us a fragment of the history and soul of Valpolicella.

Cancellation information
- In the event that the provider needs to exceptionally modify or cancel the experience, communication will be made at least 24 hours in advance, attempting to reschedule it to a new agreed date. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund of the amounts paid will be provided.
- You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity starts. For cancellations made after this period, the entire amount of the reservation will be retained.
