Please arrive ten minutes early at the meeting point as the shuttle will depart at the scheduled time. The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellation information

The cancellation of the reservation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the tour. For cancellations communicated after this deadline or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount (full amount) will be applied.

In case of unforeseen events that prevent the experience from taking place, the provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation, offering the customer the option to reschedule the experience or receive a refund of the amount paid.
